Overview

EmpireWorks Reconstruction focuses on exterior renovation throughout San Diego County and its surrounding cities. We work on apartments complexes, condominiums, HOA communities and commercial buildings. We are seeking a skilled Waterproofing Specialist to join our team. We are Hiring Waterproofers and Carpenters. Consistent 40-hour work week, work schedule is from Monday to Friday. Pay EVERY FRIDAY. *** SE HABLA ESPAÑOL***

Key Responsibilities

Proven experience with waterproofing systems minimum of 2 years in the field.

Knowledge with installation of flashing

Prior work on cementitious deck or walkway systems

Familiarity with Westcoat, and or Plydeck materials and installation a plus

Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials, such as sealants, membranes, and coatings.

Skilled in carpentry techniques, including framing, trim work, and custom woodworking.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on project requirements.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Plus if you have prior experience with HOA projects
