Derek is experienced in developing, estimating, and managing all aspects of HOA, multi-family, and commercial construction projects.He has over 20 years in the construction industry with 10 years of experience in the HOA reconstruction industry as a Senior Project Manager, Cost Estimator, Vice President and Consulting Expert. Derek has a strong ability to build relationships and trusted partnerships with clients that are fruitful and long lasting. He is OSHA, EPA Lead Renovator Certified, and CPR/AED Certified.
