Isaac began his career at an early age in Colorado with a family owned and operated landscaping contractor. As Isaac’s career progressed, he owned and operated a civil contracting company specializing in occupied space and construction defect civil repair before joining the Empire Works team. Isaac has been working in the civil contracting field in Colorado for over thirty years and has specialized in occupied community repair for the last ten years.

Isaac has been fortunate enough to have many of the same professional team

members employed with him for over twenty years and maintain that employment at Empire Works Reconstruction. These team members have made it possible for Isaac’s crews to set the standard in occupied space, civil contracting in Colorado over the last ten years. Isaac and his team members have successfully completed over $50 million dollars in large construction defect and large HOA projects over the last ten years, and continue to perfect their expertise as a cohesive team.

Jordan Leinweber is an accomplished Civil Construction Manager with over 7 years of dedicated experience in the construction industry. Equipped with a bachelor’s degree in business management, Jordan is renowned for his exceptional communication skills where he fosters strong relationships with project teams, ensuring seamless collaboration from project initiation to completion. Throughout his career, Jordan has developed a unique expertise in managing complex construction projects, while maintaining a keen focus on optimizing the use of occupied spaces.
